Happy Valentines Day

When we had all that rain...before the floods...Amelie and I were getting pretty sick of staying in doors all day watching Play School and the Wiggles so I decided to tidy up all my fabric and make a little project...This involved throwing all the loose fabric into a massive mound in the middle of the family room floor, cutting up all the loose swatches of red and pink fabric, making a heart shape card out of an old pink folder divider, covering it in glue and letting Little Miss A have a wonderful time making a collage for Daddy for Valentine's day.

Mummy felt super organised having organised a Valentine's Day present weeks in advance and having finally tackled the mess of fabric that had been carelessly (by me) stuffed into the spare chest of draws in the guest room (now neatly folded and arranged in colour - this hasn't spurred me on to finish any of my 'to do' projects though..sigh).
